Once your order is confirmed, we will call you for more details about your project. Once we get all the necessary information, we will complete your order and will make revisions as per your needs. Please make sure that for some of the features may cost you higher and can increase your overall cost (SMS GATEWAY / EMAIL MARKETING SERVICES / CUSTOM PLUGINS).

We will cancel your order if you request us before proceeding or during confirmation call. Method of refund will be NEFT transfer. Please note that refund may take 7-14 days after submitting your bank details. Refer to our cancellation and refund policy.

You can pay with Debit cards/ Credit Cards/ Netbanking/WALLETS (via INSTAMOJO) Or you can pay with the cheque, Bank Transfer, PayTM, PayPal as well.

Definitely you can choose theme or modules for your project. If it cost us more, we will contact you and send you an invoice with the additional amount.

You can modify your order during confirmation call or after purchase by email or phone call. The price difference should be paid with the invoice link which we will send to you after your request. If we need to refund amount, You need to fill up refund form and we will process it within 15 days if it is eligible.

If you are not satisfied with our job, We will offer you 2 additional revisions for correction and improvements. Or if you like to cancel the order we will offer you up to 50% of paid amount depending on the progress made on your project. (50% is the highest compensation paid after we had started your project and does not include Transaction fee or GST on trans fee).

We do accept 3rd party order or outsource projects by firms.

In most cases, we don’t entertain partial payments. However, For regular buyers or for companies we can offer part payments in the ratio of 80:20 (Bulk Buyers) and (70:30)outsourcing companies. We don’t take less than 70% advance payment in any case.
